Abandoned Vehicle Hotline
City Ordinance 16.90.005 states that a vehicle remaining in the same location for more than 24 hours is considered abandoned if one or more of the following exists: 1) The vehicle does not have a lawfully affixed, unexpired registration plate. 2) The vehicle appears to be inoperative or disabled. 3) The vehicle appears to be wrecked, partially dismantled, or junked. To report an abandon vehicle, call 503-823-7309. If a disabled vehicle is on private property then you need to contact Residential Inspections at 503-823-7306 to report the problem.
